James Kennelly has built a company based
on solid real estate decisions. KDC

and unflagging manner. Mr. Kennelly’s
passion for real estate combined with his “forge

enables KDC to consistently accomplish the improbable. Jim’s
background and grassroots approach to property assemblage
and product development is truly unique. KDC’s
forthright nature has made a positive impact on the way business
is conducted in N.Y.C.
KDC controls properties in all parts
of New York City. Forging into Real Estate in 1986, KDC has
built a strong presence in Midtown, Midtown South, Tribeca,
and the Financial District, as well as throughout the outer
boroughs. His unique ability to recognize value, coupled
with a direct approach endears him to property owners and
creates a balanced approach to site assemblage.
His established
real estate career began as a store owner on Flatbush Avenue
in Brooklyn. His modest beginnings help him appreciate each
party’s trepidations and concerns
in negotiations. With experience both as a property owner
and developer Jim understands both sides of a deal. This insight
combined with patience and fair dealing has allowed KDC to
secure properties that develop into luxurious residences.
Jim’s balanced approach, professionalism and respectful
negotiating skills have continually earned him positive recognition
as a developer.
Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Jim’s career has
ranged from dishwasher to decorated member of the New York
City Fire Department. He has received a Bachelor’s Degree
from New York University and his Law Degree
from New York Law School both with Honors. |
